Message from Sunny works
Sunny Works, a company that "doesn't want to be just a restaurant company
Are you making an effort to make yourself happy?

I opened my first restaurant in 2004, and the second restaurant three years later. When I opened my third restaurant, my way of thinking changed drastically. When we started running three restaurants, I had to let the employees run the restaurants. Therefore, I think restaurant is a " human capital development" organization.

Currently, I am managing eight stores, but I feel that each manager is growing day by day in all of our stores. The future vision I imagine is only possible because we have employees who agree with our company's ideas. The SunnyWorks team is the community that will make this future vision a reality despite the setbacks and challenges I have experienced in my career. In order to realize this future vision, " human capital development" is necessary, and the "education program" for this is finally beginning to take shape.

We are proud to be able to help the children of the future to think and derive for themselves what they should do and what kind of education they need in order to be happy by their own actions.

●From No.2, No.4, and No.11 [Zero hunger], [Quality education], and [Sustainable cities and communities].

We will continue to open a children's cafeteria on a regular basis to provide children with a casual and enjoyable food education program.
We will also provide a place for the local community.

We are raising funds to organize a quality educational (nutrition education) event.
Therefore, we have created and introduced "Mirai Ticket (100 yen per ticket)" as a unique form of support fundraising.

We believe that by having people from all walks of life in the community visit the store, purchase paper tickets, and make donations, rather than just browsing through the internet, they will be able to interact with others, form connections with others, and feel a sense of contribution.

We also believe that being able to visualize the progress of the project will give people a chance to visit the store next time and make it one of the things they look forward to.
As soon as we raise a certain amount of support, we will hold a food education event.
(The goal is 500 tickets / 50,000 yen.) This event is not being held at this time.

By 2030, we will reduce food waste by half and convert food scraps into compost.

Food loss reduction efforts already in progress
